My real estate career began in 1988 with South Bay Brokers in Manhattan Beach, California. I eventually joined Prudential California South Bay in Torrance before moving to Bend in 1999. Over the years, I’ve marketed and sold short sales, bank-owned and foreclosure properties, new home subdivisions, condominiums and apartment buildings.
- While earning a bachelor’s degree in finance in 1986 from San Diego State University, I was a member of Delta Sigma Pi professional business fraternity.
- Golfing, fishing, snowboarding, camping, biking and just getting together with friends for a backyard BBQ are some of the things I enjoy when I’m not working.
- In an effort to help homeowners avoid foreclosure, I was one of the first agents in Central Oregon to earn the Certified Distressed Property Expert designation (CDPE) and have helped many people successfully negotiate short sales.
- I live in Bend with my wife Carol and two school-aged daughters.
- I specialize in helping people buy and sell single family homes, townhouses, condominiums and income properties in Bend, Redmond, Sunriver and the neighboring communities of Central Oregon.
